I have never had one of these calls before. It involved mentioning how the FBI reports a significant number of break ins in my area every year and to press 1 on the keypad should I like to speak to an operator. Well how is that for telemarketing?! They don't have to do anything anymore. Instead they just send out an automated message. I don't even know what I prefer. Maybe I prefer to be annoyed by an actual person rather than a machine?!
