Credit Card Scammers with a new list of personal information purchased from Xfinity/Comcast, VERIFIED. I've had the same number for over 15 years registered with the DNC list and I never have given it out except to family, or as a confirmation number for necessary services to reach me when needed. During the past 15 years I have received no calls that I didn't have a prior relationship with. Within 2 weeks of signing up for Xfinity/Comcast internet service my phone has been ringing non stop with Bogus Charity's, Solar Scammers, Medical Supply Call Centers, and Fake Credit Card Consolidation Company's. So since I had not given my number to anyone new recently I called Xfinity/Comcast and asked them if they had given my information to any other parties and they confirmed they had indeed sold/given my info to third party vendors whose services THEY thought I might be interested in. BEWARE of anyone who conducts business like that.
