Chose to answer this call today, and it's an automated customer satisfaction survey from T-Mobile.
Here is the call:
First question asked if I was even the person who recently contacted t mobile (I was) Next 5 or 6 questions were simply to rate my experience, 1 to 5. Was representative courteous, was representative knowledgeable, etc etc. Last question was asking if I want to leave any comments, yes or no. I said no, survey thanked me and hung up. No personal information requested at all. I have yet to determine if the calls will repeat, but I'm guessing not. -

I called it back and the automated service indicated Pinpoint research company working for T-Mobile. It is how they get around the telemarketer do not call list. But they have their own do not call list. They had me call this number to be added to their do not call list. 866-923-0455
No more calls after that. :) -

this number has called me twice today. I did call T Mobile because someone was calling me and my own phone number was showing up . T mobile said it was called spoofing, those scammers get your phone number and use it . They took care of it for me. BUT , if my cell phone does not show a face I never answer it. Only a few people have it so I just ignore the calls. So watch the phone number that calls cause you could be spoofed too.

i called tmobile this morning about an issue and just two hours or less I got this 2065827945 call. I don't know about the rest of you but I don't pick up calls I'm not familiar with. if they don't leave a voicemail after I ignore the call, then screw them--it must not be all the important, including bill collectors. there are just too many slackers with nothing to do except to hack other people's information just for the heck of it.

Like everyone else, I have gotten repeated calls from this number. Interestingly enough, the first call happened a few hours after a call to T-mobile customer service.
This has happened before, but with a different incoming number. I've noticed that it you DON'T send the call to voicemail and you DON'T PICK UP AT ALL, the calls stop after a day or two.
If you do answer or send the call to voicemail, the harassing calls will continue.
It is my assumption that the calls are computer generated and when there's "activity" coming from your end (answering the calls or sending them to voicemail after just a ring or two) the computer flags your number as an active number so the harassing calls keep coming.

I was called first by an 877 number to do a t-mobile survey> I started the survey because it sounded legitimate but hung up when they requested too much personal information. I called t-mobile and they said it was a scam. The next morning I started getting repeated calls from this number. I called back and was transferred to an automated t-mobile survey. I called and reported to t-mobile and they said to hang up immediately on any of these type of calls.

I ve had a same issue, i contacted Tmobile and receive a call from this number. This means our number somehow have been passed to this SCAM through Tmobile. It means our other information can be passed over as well intentionally or unintentionally. This is big Tmobile. Our information is not secured with Tmobile.

To GET OFF of T-Mobile's survey/call list after contacting them - Call: 866-923-0455 - Pinpoint Research - Do Not Call list - CALL from you T-Mobile Line -
I had to FIGHT to get this number - EVEN after I asked to be removed from their Survey list and NEVER to be called after I called them for whatever issue - and I am a 11+ years customer. No reason I should have to receive a survey AFTER EVERY call and they call at 8AM in the morn!!
Shame on you T-Mobile!
I have called T-Mobile on NUMEROUS occasions since the above post and no longer get any survey calls the next day.
I've been a t-mobile customer for 10 years and it's a bit annoying they'd begin to ask me how they're doing after a decade. They recently started this, over the last 18 months - it's not the first time that it's happened, and I know it won't be the last...
It's not a scam, t-mobile has hired a company to do robodialing calls for them - no personal information given, a few questions rating the representative.
If you don't like it just put the call on block (all cell phones allow you to do this) if for some reason your phone doesn't then create a new contact, set the ringer/ring tone to none/mute/vibrate and put the name as SPAM or another synonym you'll remember and add other numbers as they call.
Boom, problem solved...don't get your feathers ruffled because someone typed/put misinformation, it is the Internet after all! Misinformation drives me crazy, and I'm sorry a representative gave you just that; but they did...

I don't care so much if they call to see if I'm happy with their customer service but I didn't get any customer service. I was hold so long I gave up.
I did call T-Mobile today, 11-29-14, and did receive a call from 2065827945. I did not answer, but did google the ##. I did call the 866 ## and did add my ## to the T-Mobile Do Not Call List.
