They called to say I was receiving grant money from the US government in the amount of 9,000 based on demographic serves done in my area. They said I was one out of 17,000 people selected for this grant because I have no criminal record, I pay all my bills on time, I'm a good citizen, etc. In order to get said grant I would have to spend $250 on a "government identification card so they no one can ask where I got the money from and so it will not be taxable". Apparently I'd never have to pay it back but I would have to go to western union with the government ID in order to get the money. I am currently waiting for the "accounting manager" to verify my bank information.
