Automated message claims to be IRS informing a lawsuit would be filed unless this number is called. Last I checked IRS is not in San Antonio. No taxes due or lawsuit for an 86 yr. old man living on fixed income and that is who call was placed to. The IRS does not call with such BS without mailing a letter if there is money due first, and even then it would not be worded as such. This was a call to frighten someone into paying some amount to them over the phone.
