Reps from this company call us on a regular basis under the guise of, "My boss asked me to call your manager back in regard to your roofing quote." But we've never requested a quote from them, and they have no contact name here or even basic account information for us. They are vague when we question them about the purpose of their calls and seem to imply that we already have a business relationship with them. These misleading calls appear to be an attempt to get through to a decision maker here, so they can then pitch their services. A company that is not forthcoming about the reason for their calls is not one we would do business with.
