   Private number called and left me a threatening message about bank/check fraud, neither of which I've been a part of. They went on to say that they were going to contact my employer blah blah blah, yeah go right ahead with that.
   
   Don't give these scam artists the time of day.

   Left recorded message that I had until end of business day today to call & make payment plan to pay back loan that I had defaulted on. Stated they will have me served at work with order to appear in court. There is not a company by this name located in the state I live in. Totally bogus call.

   called my cell and my work telling me I had until the close of business to call them. I was being charged with bank fraud.

   Continues to call cell#. Bank/check fraud. Calling from 800# or Private#. Number left to call back 216-285-9766.
   Have until end of day to resolve or they will contact employer to serve papers to appear in court.
