Investigator Stan Tall reported Spam Call with the number +12312162254 as Cost trap
They called to get funding for first responders. They said they would mail a card but then sent me to a verifier so I don't get a repeated call back. She wanted my CC number. I said nothing doing over the phone and hung up. Sounds like a scam to me when they pulled a bait and switch.
