Same issue as breathe. Said my computer had malware downloaded and they were getting error messages. Problem is.....it is!! Been having fits with it. I'll have my computer tech take a peek. Don't trust a phone call.

This foreign speaking dude named "Denzil Daniels" wanted me to push CTR button, etc. on my keyboard of my windows computer. I did not, since I have a mac. He knew my name and address, which was scary, and told me that someone infected my computer with a virus. Red flags in my brain told me not to do any of this. Not sure if a scam or not!
