I got a call today (11/15/19) from this number, it was an automated message telling me that they are the IRS which I knew was a scam right off the bat because the IRS doesn't call, they send a letter to you. Anyways I called them back and some guy with a heavy Asian accent answered and said some crap about how he is an officer, I could hear some people speaking in Chinese I'm the background. I'm currently calling them back over and over to waste their time. It's a scam to get your social security number.
