The man was very rude on the phone. Didn't speak very good English at all. Asked for my name. I asked who I was calling, he advised Social Security Administration. I stated they don't call if there is an issue they send letters in the mail. He said you called me and you have been transferred to me. He said he cant help me with out my name and date of birth. I said the problem is you called me so if you can't verify your information by the phone number then please remove my number and he hung up on me
