After 3 calls since Monday. Jeff from Eco-Energy phoned to arrange a consultation to come to the house and inspect the hot water tank and furnace to determine if I was entitled to a $650 Government grant. I just said no thanks and hung up. THEN they tried to ring again this morning. UNBELIEVABLE!
