    I believe this is a survey, as others have stated, conducted by a third party company for a hospital. I have received, and sometimes responded to, these survey calls before after a recent visit to the emergency room (ER) of my local hospital. We were at the ER a couple weeks ago and I have now received 2 or 3 calls in the past week or so. First, I think one visit/survey call is enuf. I shouldn't have to provide feedback like this every time I visit the ER. The fact I am a return customer/patient should indicate my satisfaction with the ER to some degree. I work the night shift and do not appreciate receiving these unsolicited calls waking me up during the day on my protected cell number. I suppose that HIPPA document I signed does not protect me from these calls. I think I will read it next time and perhaps not sign it? I do not like that they do not leave a message either. And why should you not be able to call back and provide the survey when and if you want to. In general I do not like all the surveys I see; especially on internet sites you visit for the first time - a survey automatically pops up. Now how can you provide feedback to a survey on a web site you have never been to before? Maybe there should be a survey about the surveys we are all getting. Ha!
