Caller was rude and would not disclose his reason for calling after I answered "yes, how may I help you?". He continued to ask to verify my name after I had done so already. He became loud in his conversation and I then ended his call. I was unable to verify the name, business address or establish any confirmation through caller ID or conect through redial!!

this all started happening to me when i signed up to do a survey for Walmart to get a $250 gift card...half way through the survey I opted out but i guess i was too involved at that point! lesson learned!!!!
