They just called me at my storefront (August 5 2023) stating they had not yet received my payment which I knew was not true. I told them that I knew it was a scam and would be reporting this to the police

They tried billing my friend and before he could even pull out his wallet I did a search on Google, cause I was a bit skeptical about the number at first and to my surprise, came across this as a result. Nice try, but I'm too smart for this... FPL doesn't even call if you have a bill that's due. They send you a letter by mail. They never call

Called claiming I had an FPL payment due, and that my line was going to get closed for non payment... hung up the moment I told them we have solar panels.
