This number has call our business hundreds of times. You can hear background noise, but they do not respond when you say hello. Our phone system has Automated Attendant where the system answers with a greeting. You must enter a three digit extension number to ring an actual phone. We have received dozens of calls on each extension and recently this person has taken to calling my cell phone and doing the same thing. I have contacted the Upland, CA Police about the harassment.
