Terrible terrible. The lady called and didn't even let me speak for the first minute then she finally decided to ask who she was talking to and when I told her I'm not who she thought I was she said she would call back later even though I'm the home owner. Then I said "well you can talk to me" and she just hung up. Very rude. I hope they don't call back!
