Not likely the way this guy spoke and hung up and call me a dead beat said office is in Georgia but number listed as california

Called and said it was regarding a legal matter and had the last numbers of my social, my driver's license number and address. I hung up. Marahall then called back from a different number. Argued with me but still wouldn't tell me what it was about. I hung up and Marshall called back from another different number and said he just wanted to tell me my name and social was marked with a red flag. Very argumentative and rude

Same thing for me. Called the FTC and the BBB and they have no information on this company. Super rude, threatening and unprofessional. Just doesn't make sense to me.

Called regarding arbitration, very rude and aggressive. Associated with a GA number that called last year claiming we could settle or be sent to court.

They called and said if I didn’t make payment arrangements they would take me to court for fraud. Changed amount that was owed when I called back and now threatening legal action again

Thank you so much!I have 2 different individuals calling me from the 310 number. Claiming I'm being taken to court if I don't send them money. His name is Richard bard and I also have a lady who goes by Robin banks her numbers are from a 775 area code and a 720 area code. These people are persistent and the man is extremely rude. You helped to ease my mind that it truly is a scam!

Claims to be a arbitration company demanding payment. No mailed letters. Company in Georgia, calls from NY and CA... Asked for proof of debt by mail. They don't send letters??? Beware. Male yells while talking on the phone. Very disrespectful and says they don't have to be nice. They are not customer service???
