Both unwanted call & voice mail left -

this is only one of almost 20 calls pretending to be an apple service center (i own no apple products) - once i blocked the number they called from different numbers every 2 min, then every 10' all evening (7/22/20) - i turned off my phone but they still left voicemail. as other reported calls come from 805 450 ...., 805 454 .... 805 458 .... and more

the voice mail says to call them @ 312 232 8257 , which tracks to:

Yes I got the same messages all day from many numbers starting with 480-279-XXXX. I Block one number and they call with another with same area code and prefix. Pain in my but. What can I do to stop this?
