Scummy company about "refinancing" CCs at a lower rate.
They generally call / leave a message ("this is a very important message about your current credit card accounts. This is your second and final notice to lower your credit card interest rate and payments. Press 1 now to find out the terms, conditions and associated changes before the next billing cycle...")
Too bad that this NOT the "final" call; they sometimes call three times a day; and when you ask to be put on a do-not-call list and/or make statements/questions regarding their integrity, they get all huffy and/or actively hostile before dropping the call.
They spoof the number a variety of ways: (318) 345‑4267 or (406) 345-4267 to resemble your own number closely. On the bright side, I read my poetry to them; occasionally, I put my cat on and, since she's a VERY vocal Siamese, she meows her little head off.
