I said my computer has not been working until last night and what you are telling me is not true. You have contacted the wrong person and you are full of bolonie and hung up.

I just received a call and it was a male with a heave accent. He said my Windows computer is infected and asked me to go sit in front of my computer this very moment so that he can give me directions on what to do. I asked him to give me my name since he said I submitted a complaint, and he said my name is Yuki". I told him that's not my name and he hung up on me. SCAM!

Called telling me my computer was at risk. I told him I hadn't used my computer in two months. He said it was being infected and I had to let him fix it quick. Told him that wasn't how viruses work... Said to not call me again and blocked him.

Claims to be a Microsoft Rep and wants to "help" me get rid of viruses on my computer.
Dealt with 3 different people- 1 woman and 2 men. Speak good english but not from US.ImTrouble replied 4/14/15, 4:27 PM#802-201-5896 is also same 3 people that call. This number can not be called back though. If you call the 347-227-6900 you will reach the same people. -

They said they were from windows service center in Brooklyn I asked for their phone number which doesn't identify anything on internet. He said his name was Jack.If there are some problems with your pc they'll not call you at all so don't believe these scammers!

Guy called in broken English (Indian Accent) claiming to be Bob, saying he was calling with Microsoft, and that my computer was infected. I said really I am an Microsoft Engineer and I work with the FBI Infraguard system. and believe this to be a scam, he called me a MotherFu#$er and hung up. People Here is the #1 Microsoft will never call you, nor will any other virus protection firm... this called wire fraud.. report them to the AG office in your state.
