Caller claims that whoever anwers the phone has a warrant out for their arrest due to owing the IRS Back Taxes. If you tell them you aren't going to pay them the $820 you owe, they KINDLY say they could accept $200 today to get rid of the warrant. Are people really THIS stupid? Doesn't everyone know that the IRS would just garnish your wages if this were the case? Answer the call, and keep them on the phone AS LONG AS POSSIBLE...This will COST them money. Tell them to hang on2 minutes while you find your checkbook, then just put the phone down. Litterally stay gone for 2-5 min's. They will NOT hang up because they think you are about to give them money. I HATE these guys, and do not understand WHY the IRS cannot shut them down. I know of 3 people that have received this call!
