The pattern seems to be one test call, no message, just to see if a human answers. If you do answer, prepare for a barrage of friggin calls from Carpet Cleaners, Medical Alert Monitoring, Credit Card Scams, etc. I have 360-322-6*** blocked (all in the number range belonging to the infamous Pacific Telecom, I believe). Caller: "Card Services" Call Type: Scam!!
