Male caller said the was calling from the Microsoft help desk. He said there was a problem reported with my Microsoft operating system and he would be happy to help me solve the problem. I asked him which computer and he told me it was my personal home computer. I don't have a computer with a Microsoft operating system at home and told him I thought his call was a scam when he began to curse at me and hung-up!

Received the call and got an automated message saying there was unauthorized activity on a credit card through Anchor Bank, then had prompt options to input card information (which I obviously didn't). Looks like a Phishing scam.

Guy called saying he was from "windows technical support" and told me I had a virus. I played along and he was trying to get personal information. I told him I was recording the call and would report him to the FCC. He started insulting me telling me I was a bloody fool and then he hung up.

A foreign man called and asked to speak with me and said my name, I didn't say it was me or not then he rattled off an old address of mine then proceeded to rattle off my social security number. I asked who the f he was and he said he was a branch of the FB I. I said no you're not cause if you were you would not be a disrespectful foreigner, and if I was being investigated for whatever reason by the fbi someone would have come to my home not called me. I kept screaming cause he would not let me talk. It scares the crap out of me to know that he has my social security number. I don't know what to do.

The guy is hard to understand, I asked for someone speaking English and they get upset. One time they tell me they have government monies for me. Today they said they were from Microsoft and were getting critical errors from my computer. They always ask if I am at my computer when they call. I asked for an agent number and the guy said he wasn't allowed to give that out. I told him I wasn't allowed to give access to my computer. They call constantly and mostly on weekends.

Indian man called telling me had a list of women who had medical surgery and that the United States Government has a compensation of $9000. they would like to pay me.
I asked him what branch of the government he worked for and he said "medical". I asked him what documentation or legislature was passed that I could reference and he began defending that this was not a scam. I told him I was on the 'do not call' list and that he should not be soliciting me. He told me he was not soliciting and that this was compensation from the government. I just needed to confirm my personal information.
I have been working with credit reporting agencies on my credit and two of them are outsourcing our details outside of the US. I believe my information is being leaked from the workers who have all of my credit report information. This is not good!
Before hanging up on the guy, I said, I didn't have $9000 before I spoke to him and I don't need $9000 now or the headaches that come along with them. -

this Indian man said that we should download a program called Supremo on our PC. He said it was free and that it we didn't do it we wouldn't get Microsoft updates. He claimed to work for a company that was contracted to Microsoft. we id pull up the website and there were 9 numbers on the screen. He wanted us to give him those numbers. which we declined to do. The software was never downloaded. He called about a week ago and we told him we couldn't understand what he was saying.. he called back again today and gave all this info to my husband.. After my husband hung up from the call they called back several times .. I did not answer.

Just another one of more than a dozen calls / robocalls (just in the past two days) from unknown numbers. I never --NEVER - pick up the phone when my caller ID indicates a number unknown to me, and I suggest that we all do the same. If no one ever answers, the calls will stop.

An Indian told me that I should call a number, because the government had the money for me. My identity he knew. Name and so were correct, but fortunately were not in my bank details. I'll do a devil and call there. This is all fraud.
