Received call that someone filed a complaint against me. Wanted to verify my information. I told them they can send me the info with what they have on file. I will not verify anything. The gentleman said I will be served with papers. I said ok serve me and hung up. Total scam

We will contact your human resources department to follow proper protocol and procedures. You will be served on the business property. The client is willing to rectify this matter if they hear from your today. Press 1 to speak with an agent or contact our office at 401-415-6848 but when calling reference your case number"
1. I have no clue who is calling
2. I have no case number
3. This came out of no where.
4. If you have a case against me, how do you not know where I work or where I live.
5. They never stated my name or any other identifying information.
6. I realize this is phish for my personal information.
