They call threatening immediate court action, police showing up at residence, driver license suspension, etc. Have not received ANY mail from them previously nor will they provide any documentation when you ask them to do so. Unbelievably rude and abusive. The debt is questionable at best (I am verifying with the vendor). The internet is plastered with complaints and law suits (google them). Reported to Atlanta BBB and am filing complaint with US CFPB. law suit to follow if i verify the debt is non-existent.

When they first called, they stated they were trying to teach a particular person, who happened to. E my coworker. I thought this was real and anxiously contacted her to tell her about the threat. She told me it was a scam and to delete the voicemail. Now calls keep coming, and doesn't say who she is trying to reach, just threatens that her client will have no choice but to pursue legal remedies if I don't call back by end of day. Glad to see these other comments detailing the same kind of experience.

Called and said had outstanding debt. But refused to send any information via email so I could verify. Got extremely ugly and threatening. Wanted me to say I would agree to pay before they sent info. When I would not do that he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to supervisor. Got same person as original call. Still very rude. Finally said would email info but never did. I think this is a acam

This number called my work and didn't say who he was even calling for (we have over 50 employees), saying "we have tried several times to get in contact with you to solve this dispute and if you do not call back within the next 24 hours, we have no choice but to take legal actions for this issue. Call Jeff Fischer at 4049942810 extension 149. Or press 1 to be directed to my office" after he was done speaking, there was a long pause, as if he was waiting for someone to pick up the phone and press 1" DO NOT CALL BACK. Just delete the voicemail. Fishing scam.

Someone from 4049942810 keeps calling my 13 yr old saying he needs to call in the next 24 hrs and speak to Jeff Fisher a text. 149. I called and said stop calling my kid, but they still do. Total scam!!!

The voicemail that I received said that I had a criminal case against me and that i need to call immediately before a warrant was made for my arrest. When I called to ser what they were talking about the gentleman on the other end said it was for a payday loan I had gotten 2012. Knowing I paid it off as contracted in my pay day loan agreement I knew this had to be a scam. I proceeded to tell the gentleman (who still refused to state his name, he was investigator O) that this loan was paid off on time and that I had all the paperwork and asked where I should send copies to him. Thisrreally upset him and he told me that I could have all the paperwork in the world but unless I paid $1,200 he would be sending officers to arrest me and hung up on me.
First a invesgtgotr would give me his name & department he was at. And two he would of had me turn in my paperwork to at least look at and verify it.
They have repeatedly harassed not only myself but also my family members, friends, & even my 14yr old daughter and threatening them with arrest if I didn't get back to them. (none of the people had I used for reference on my payday loan) obviously because they are calling my daughter. I called and made a report to my local police they advised me to record the calls and how many times they call any of us. -

Called back to see what they were talking about and was given the run around and couldn't explain exactly why they were contacticontacting me. -

I returned call thinking I was going to mess with a scammer. Seemed to be a legit collection agency looking for a relative of mine who has a shady reputation. The person (male) I spoke to was very polite when I said I had no contact with the relative and said he would take my phone number off of the file and apologized for taking up my time.
