I did some research and found that this number is related to a job application I filled out online. During the application process it asked me NUMEROUS times if I was interested in furthering my education. I declined every time. They work for online colleges (authentication unknown) and try to sell you on their "schools." It has nothing to do with the employer. They told me they wanted to "verify my contact info and discuss my future education, if that was okay." I said ABSOLUTELY NOT and hung up.
