They say they are not selling anything, that its a federal tax program that you can receive money back. But they must be! Why else would they ask if you are the homeowner and all homeowners of the home must be present in the house. This only happens when someone wants you to sign a contract that could become a lien on your house.

This company calls me 1-3 times per week even though I have requested them to stop calling me (every time). this has been going on for several months. They call from several different numbers. When I asked them to stop calling they either hang up or tell me "good luck with stopping these calls". I can block the numbers, but it doesn't help because they call from different numbers, but the same business "Energy Solutions".

I think this was a scam call from a company called Energy Solutions.... I think they've been doing this awhile... claim they will give you free help to obtain money from govt programs for your electric bill.

They called and asked for a specific person at the house I was not him they asked if I was one of the homeowners and I purposely said no to see what they would further say and they said okay thank you and hung up the phone I tried to call the number back and it said the phone call could be completed and disconnected me
