You signed up for a promotion, it is not a winning! You were told this when you received the call from me. I'm sorry you didn't understand all the details of the trip. Sorry you lost out on a great vacation to Florida for 4 adults for $498. RTA Resort Tours and Accommodations has an A+ rating with the BBB as well as Silver Lake Resort which is where you would have stayed.
