They really had my mind blown for a second because they called my cousin first and then she called me. I checked my vm and sure enough they had just left a message saying that I was served and the company was unfortunately pursuing this matter and my home and place of work would be notified. Catalina Allen was really aggressive and threatening on the vm but when I called they couldn't give me necessary information that pertained to my account( very fishy) at this point. I asked does it make sense to you that you cant give me necessary information for a debt that I owe but you want me to agree on a payment absolutely not!!! Guys please don't fall for this The local number was 4073780343 and that happens to be the same area code as my cell gold figure right!!! after the vm they told me to call the companies number which is 8442285698

I was scammed in marched for 435 and paid smh now they called 5 days ago saying i owed 785 and i gave them my debit card number like an idiot then i googled and they are scammers. I filed a police report, and put fraud alert on my credit and social security. Thank god my bank stop the future transaction before they can charge & now they are gonna return my money from march as well.

I just received a phone call from a man stating that his name is Paul Myers and he is a civil claims court coordinator that works for a company named Pre Trial processing the contact numbers I've collected are (321) 328-0503, and (502) 654-6200. He claims he is a mediator for the company insight capital whom I supposedly received a cash advance from in 2011 with threats of now taking me to court for theft, well I know for a fact I've never received a loan from this company nor ever heard of them, they hung up on me 3 separate times when I expressed anger for being contacted on bogus allegations and demanded their information and the fake company information, he would not give a phone number or address for for "insight capital", he basically said they don't want to talk to me anymore! He hung up when my husband got on the phone. While I don't think I will hear from them anymore I'm going to find every complaint site that I can to post, so that people are not scammed into giving away money they do not owe.

Update on my letter sent to Janet Behar. I sent her a "Cease & Desist" letter. I received a reply back from her lawyer indicating that she's not the harrasser. I didn't reply back to him. BUT...funny the same time she got my letter all of the harrassing phone calls stopped. Do what I did and send this fool a letter.

The number that called me is 5017250900 I talked to a cortney caldwell supposedly the said it was facing fraud charges from a payday loan n my license will be suspended tried to get my card number so they can set up payments well I decided since they told me I can't have paperwork to prove the debt not giving them my card numbers to take me to court and nothing ....
Devon replied 4/22/15, 3:35 PMGot a call from this lady two days in a row. Went to the police and had them call and act as my lawyer...couldn't get a hold of them after that. They kept hanging up on me.

I told them I wanted their address...they hung up on me. So I found on PeopleSmart that it's a scam outfit that's using a spoof phone number showing it's out of Philidelphia. They are actually in Texas. I sent her my cease and decease letter. DON'T WORRY ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL THREATEN HOPING YOU WILL GIVE THEM MONEY. If you google that address you'll find that it's a house in the country. Send them a Cease and Decease Letter too. You can find them on the internet.

I have no idea what these people are referring to? I don't believe the call has any merit. They call and leave messages, never a person on the phone threatening to file a petition in my CITY for fraud ON MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, whatever. Seems to me that I would already know if there were any issues like this related to me. Call apparently calling from Canada. I haven't done business with anyone in Canada. Can't seem to get them to stop calling.

They have been blowing up my phone leaving recorded messages about a court summons for someone that isn't me! Called the number back and a guy who sounds like he's on a cell phone tells me he'll remove my number from their database but I keep getting the calls. Reporting to the FCC.
