I recieved a similar phone call from a Steven Reynolds trying to get me to accept a settlement offer to pay off a payday loan i took out in 2010. i informed him he could go screw himself and that he was a scam and i immediately disconnected the call and thought nothing else of it. A couple weeks later a woman showed up to my job with a summons to appear in court. I had to sign it and have my supervisor sign as a witness, it was so embarrassing. i wish i would have accepted the settlement for the $500. Now im paying $250 weekly for the next 3 months plus $467.83 to get my license back. lesson learned

Called me telling me they will be serving me tomorrow between 12-5 at work and then if not there at home. need 2 forms of ID and a witness....lol Gave me anumber that I could call if I wanted to stop the action. Of course when I called they wanted money right then and it would be stopped. Told them I would call them back, she told me she was from Asset Arbitrators and gave me her extension. little does she know I know the DA in my county and placed a call with her. She will be the one calling back.
