this is an irs scam . they tend to operate on saturdays when i just happen to be home . the caller has an accent so heavy i can barely understand him yet identifies himself with a totally anglo name like "Chad" . i just block my number and call him back until he disables incoming calls . he once threatened to "have me behind bars in 30 minutes",i am still waiting .

Called me from the IRS very thick accent and tells me I have a deficiency in my taxes & because I am ignoring the IRS there is a warrant for my arrest. I called "James Anderson" back because I work for H&R Block and know for certain I do NOT have a tax deficiency so I wanted to know what the issue was so I can report them for fraud but they kept telling me they could not hear me it's a "bad connection" they said
