Hi dear, I got call from this number but i did not reply because i was busy. letter on I check on Google and I found this blog. I have Ad on kijiji so i think he is a scamer who was calling me and try to scam.

He called me on yesterday on July 3,2014 at 10.47 pm and again on July 4,2014 at 2.02 Am, he or she kept me on hold for 4 to 5 minutes ,I do not under stand why disturbing without speaking any word keeping me on hold .
I got 2 times calls last month also .one time call from overseas he was calling from his cell phone but no was displayed 416-511-4420.
Yesterday calling at late and mid night disturbing ,I have blocked this no to avoid prank call. -

They claimed to be from Microsoft. They told me that one of their support centre would close soon and they wanted to refund me 200$ for the support service. However, they wanted me to fill out an online form by typing in the url: ammyy dot com which I didn't.
I googled "ammyy" and the results clearly showed that his was a scam.
They then proceeded to threaten me and told me that my windows installation would no longer work.
I threaten back to call the police and report them. After that I hung up.

I have already been a victim from this strategy once. Claiming to be PC technicians, they sneak into your computer and ask for money to release it.
Jess replied 8/26/14, 11:00 AMDid you report to the police? Lately I have being getting more and more weird phone calls. Including automatic ones saying you won something from WestJet, sometimes Air Canada. I'm just wondering if reporting police can help track down these people or not to prevent others being a victim.

I just got a call from 4165114420. With very noisy background, a guy over the phone tells me that my windows has errors and sent alerts to them that's why they are calling me to give support. I told him I don't have any problem with my computer, he says the errors are running in the background that's why I don't know and insist I go to my computer now to check. I asked him where did you get my phone numer and he says from Windows Support. With all that noise from the background (sounds like he is driving), I just felt it is a scam.
