simple solution - we only return calls at our discretion if they leave a voice mail. We NEVER answer calls unless the party calling is known to us. This has eliminated endless nuisance calls. This has worked to our benefit for the last 15 years. Saved a ton of $$$$ call blocking which doesn't affect telemarketers anyway.

Like everyone else reporting this company I get these annoying, unwanted calls on a regular basis. Really wish someone with authority would put a stop to it.

This number has been calling my cell for at least a year, more days than not. As with all other telemarketing scum, being on the Do Not Call list means nothing to them. You cannot call the number back, nor can do they leave a message ever.

You have to call Carl at 905-850-5241 (Toronto Star???) to complaint and request NCC to remove your phone number from their calling list.
Note: I called Carl after every NCC calls... After leaving 2 voice messages (i.e. NCC called me again.... they bother me so I bother you)... on the 3rd try, he picked up the call and promised to get NCC to remove my phone number from their calling list!!!!!! -
