I received a call from this number. An automated message asked me to update my Google listing. I was connected to a man who claimed his name was Logan Smith representing a company called BZ media inc. He was very pushy and vague. He also made false claims in regards to how my listing appears on Google. Considering this company has no working contact phone number and blocks you from calling them back it's very likely to be a scam, or an unethical business model. Either way, don't waste your time talking to them and heaven forbid don't give them any of your $. Google business listings are a FREE service.

I'm the president of BZ Media. We do not now nor have ever had an employee, contractor or anyone I have ever heard of named Logan Smith. We produce technical conferences and publish SD Times - nothing to do with Google listings are anything.

Gotten a couple of calls on my cell. Best info I could get, without paying endlessly for it, is that the number is based out of Nevada, MO. The call went to voicemail the first time, but there was no message...so I merely added it to my auto-reject list.

The automated message said to press 1 to lower my interest rate. I pressed 1 and got some guy who I started cursing at immediately because I knew it was a SCAM. I told him to f off and get a real job to which he replied "Oh yea? How bout I put your number in here a few more times so you get lots of calls?"

TED BAHR, are you saying this number (417-800-2538) is NOT registered to your company? If not, then why would they say it is?
The Caller ID said "Not In Use" which is a dead giveaway that it's somebody you don't want to talk to. They want to update our Google information but I know for a fact Google has the current information and I don't need to update it.
Clearly a phishing scam to get as much detail from you as possible, then they'll sell it to sleazy telemarketers so they can harass you endlessly. Scum.Unknown replied 11/18/14, 3:33 PMSame here Deb. Robot has called me at least a dozen times. Each time I hit 9 to get taken off the list but doesn't do any good. The one time I spoke to a rep and asked to be removed she laughed, said they'd keep calling and that there was no way for me to find them. Each time they represent themselves as Google.

First call from this number I have received today. However this is the 2nd time this week. When I answer the phone no one says anything. Music is played like you are on hold. Phone hangs up. I tried calling the number back and get the message "this number is not in service". I have reported this number to the Do Not Call Register. I will continue file a complaint with Do Not Call each and every time they call. Perhaps if we all did this something could get done about the calls

Recently, I've been getting calls from this unknown number. They have called quite a number of times and when I answered, it was an automated message saying something about "my" google listing. I don't have anything that could possibly be listed on google so I don't know what they're talking about!

Called my office number. Automated message saying that my credit card company had authorized them to contact me about a program to reduce the interest rates on my credit cards and to push 1 to speak to a representative. I don't have any credit cards, so clearly a scam.
