I had a small debt ($7.52) in which the Medical Billing office, sent the billing to the WRONG ADDRESS, but was able to send the correct address and phone number to the BOTTOM FEEDER Collection Agency...who sent me a letter...I called the Medical provider and paid the bill on 7-5-18...and they were to contact the BOTTOM FEEDER Collection Agency to tell them it was paid...That did not happen...and in 7-11-18...I got a call from the BOTTOM FEEDER Collection Agency attemted to DOUBLE Collect the Bill.

Same as others. Called screaming to talk to someone who wasn't me and I didn't know. Woman's name is Phyllis. Had to scream back at her to get her attention and told her that I am not and I don't know the person she was telling me all this financial information about and told her I am (and did) report her. Then hung up.

Seems like a crock of sh#t. They called and notified me that it was important, and insisted I call them back, after doing so they asked for an unfamiliar name, and I gave them mine. And the representative informed me they must of had the wrong number.

Called by female who refused to say who she was calling for or why calling. Immediately rude and demanding my private personal(DOB/SS#/Address,etc) acted surprised when I said NO.Even had gall to say well it doesn't matter to me I don't give a Fbomb.I immediately hung up no clue who she was calling for.
