   I don't even know how many calls I received that were of this nature, but this must be at least the fourth or fifth - and they use different numbers all the time. What happens is they call you, claiming that there is something wrong with your computer and that you need some kind of anti-malware or something - but it's definitely a scam. So don't even answer the phone if this number appears on the display. It's just a waste of time and nerves...

   I get several a week from these guys. I dont have a windows machine at my house, so it is fun to screw with them, Cybersport. I am a hacker, so I take this as practice to learn of bad protocols. They claim they are from "Windows" not mircosoft, and try to hold you hostage once you let them in. I have looked at their sites, and verified they are not at all security conscious. They have left every port open and are using a windows 95 OS to host their site. With "Hope is start here" on the badly coded page. If you want to have fun, pretend you are a complete idiot when they call, and stall them, get them really angry BUT NEVER LET THEM ONTO YOUR SYSTEM.

   I just received a call from this phone number from someone claiming they were from a computer services office and said I had malicious virus on my computer. When I asked where they were calling from he repeated a computer service company - no name given. He then proceeded to ask if I wanted to marry him tonight! I yelled some profanity at him and hung up. I swear people have nothing better to do with their time!

   This same guy has called me at least ten times over the past year. He has a heavy accent and is hard to understand. Today he said he was from Microsoft and my computer had been hacked and had malicious spyware. He needed to walk me thru how to add something to protect it. He knew my name and address. He is very persistent.

   this guy sounds jamaycin. He asked if I used windows on my pc. He said it was full of worms or viruses and was sending out some kind of bad signal.I DID NOT TRUST HIM.

   A man called and tried to sound like he had an accent of some sort. Said he was calling about my windows - something like that - i said you have the wrong number and hung up.

    I talked him into giving me his phones number. 760 392 3952 . i called it late at night and a woman answered. i hung up. he gave me it when i said i wasnt in front of computer so let me call you.he gave me it so i i called it back in day then they call me back like 5 times. i also kept him on line as long as possible cause it cost them more. so listen there is the number to one of the india dude. so have fun.

    A phishing scam, asking what kind of computer you use, which will probably lead to getting malware installed on the computer. Addressed me by first name which means he uses an online phone book.
