I am helping my grandfather who speaks little English fill this out. He received a call from 469-210-1406. The call did say "Scam Likely" but my grandfather answers every call, just in case. The woman who called said her name is Martina Torres or Martina Valentina (I couldn't understand her very well) claiming he owed over $800 from 2012 to a company LatNatural located in Florida, a different state than where he lives, a state he has never even lived in. Over the last 10 years, she claimed he now owed over $4,000 and if he didn't pay within a week from today he would be charged with a felony and the company LatNatural and the debt collection company she represents would destroy my grandfather's credit. He was told he would get a letter in the mail through UPS with an envelope he would need to mail back containing a money order for the amount stated on the letter he would receive. We kept hanging up and she would call back. She called 7 times back to back, harassing my grandfather, until I blocked her number from my grandfather's phone when I saw that it said Scam Likely. During these calls, I looked up the company he "owed" this money to and it doesn't exist, I googled the company she works at, Departmento de Reclamos Menores de Dallas (Department of Small Claims of Dallas), and it doesn't exist, and I googled the phone number and only one website, this website, gave me information flagging the number as a medical scam caller.
