Contacted me about a wedding dress I had posted on Craigslist. Asked if I had a PayPal account. Informing him I do not, his response was
"kindly sign up for a paypal acct @ www.paypal.com. It's just a few steps away from signing up ok? It's safe and secure for both parties and I have been using PayPal to buy and sell for years now without problems. Let me know when you are done signing up."
Seemed kind of pushy. Asked him where he was located and he said Air National Guard Band of the Northeast Battle Creek Air National Guard Base Michigan.

I typed it exactly as he wrote in google and said no. He said he would send "private agent" to pick up bag. This is a Chanel bag and he didn't ask for any authenticity information, date codes or anything. Not true buyer. Very sketchy. -

Texted yesterday 9/23/2015 regarding my LV bag, wanting my full name and paypal email. wanted to send me $1750.00 plus $500.00 for shipping. Said he was on base. He said his name is John Smart. I tried to call, but it said the user uses unlimited text messages and no calls could be received.
He sounded fishy on text i told him that i was a single mother and that he would be very disappointed in my bank accounts cuz there was no money in there. He responded by saying "Do you know who I am?" "What the hell are you talking about?"Buddy replied 9/25/14, 10:00 AMSame thing just happened to me. -

4804396527 this is a scam artist. Pretends to want to buy goods. Really is trying to get seller to send money via western union. Tries to only communicate by emails and text. PayPal spoof inform me that this person is phishing for people's personal information so beware!!!

This number responded to craigslist add. Vague. Quick to want to buy $5000+ item with very little info. Requested paypal info. When I asked if I could call and visit with the buyer, the responding text said "I am located at Air National Guard Band of the Northeast Battle Creek Air National Guard Base" Michigan. Seemed fishy so googled the phone number. After seeing above comments, I asked for certified check but got no reply from potential buyer.

Reaks of scam I had Three Different Scammers TEXTING ME IN ONE DAY all claiming to be in the US army, I told them all I hope One day you get whats coming to you from a Real US Army Sargent. Makes me sick told him get a job low life!
