I called this numerous times to test him and it's the same guy each time. He sounds foreign as he is very difficult to understand. I asked for his name and he said "Joe Johnson". I asked for his location and he provided 1205 Applecross Ave.". I had a difficult time getting the city and state and he finally said " Portage". Asked several more times for the state and the idiot said "Miami". I then confirmed the city and state with him two more times before I informed him that he was a complete idiot.
