Lady called asked for me by my dead name. Said i had a debt with cash n go from last year [i dont- and my name legally changed nearly 5 years ago]
I told her that wasnt my name and i would no longer be taking this call. I hung up because I got work.
Immediately called me back from a verified NY number. I hung up before she could get past *you were very rude ^deadname^*
Ridiculous people. Not gonna scare me with "legal claims"
File a real suit and I'll see you in court. -

Debt Collector or Scam Debt Collector. I do not owe anyone. I have a Credit Score of 820 to 830 so it is obvious I don't owe anyone money. Sent them a Cease & Desist Email. Very illegal operation in the State of Texas. They try to make you think they are a law or mediation firm. They are violating several Federal and Texas laws.

They were yelling at me saying my son was going to jail if I didn't pay 1200.00 and they didn't give a dam about him and I should teach him better. I though this was a prank. They threaten legal action and warrants being issues and hang up in your face. When you call back the next person is ruder than the first and my son doesn't even have debt! Thats the crazy part. Forcefully trying to get you to pay but will not state what the debt is.

Getting calls saying this is our last courtesy call we need to hear from you today or we will be forced to report your non compliance to the authorities.
I don't have any debts. I have no credit cards and I don't owe a dime to anyone. I had a refund last year on my taxes.
I think this is some kind of scam call. someone is trying to trick you into sending them money saying you owe a debt. I blocked the number! -
