This number shows up on a Caller ID for an official Police Department Investigations phone line. There is never a vm left. If they are calling a valid police department phone line and not leaving any type of message for assistance or inquiry here, they are definitely not worried about harassing private cell and home lines. Best Advice, do NOT answer the call, report it appropriately online and if your cell phone has the option "Block" it. If the calls continue check your local police authority and state penal codes on how to deal with annoying and harassing phone calls.

I have been getting calls from this number for weeks now and I don't usually answer, once I did and it was silent. I answered a second time hoping there would be a real person and there was - it's the Democratic National Party trying to get money from you. I told her I had no idea how they got my number but to please remove me from all lists. 2 weeks later - I am still getting calls. I blocked the number today.

I called the number back after 10 calls with no message left. When I picked up today 26-Jan-2015, had call from Democratic National Committee for renewed membership. When I called back, the message state claims to be Telefunds which is a marketing money making company raising money for political campaigns, etc.
