The government has a record of all these calls somewhere in the bowels of NSA. Why can't they just put them out of business for breaking the do not call law? I guarantee anybody who wants to be elected president could run on a platform of using NSA to shut down these boiler room scammers and he (or she) would be elected in a landslide.

Everything is fake. We have a script and excuses for every "but" that people put. We don't know who we are calling. Normally, the phone rings we pick up and read the script. When people ask you call me you should know who I am. We do know even where the person lives because we look for it in "whitepages.com" or "allareacodes.com"

I give the XXX name listed here. When we get to the payment part, I ask to mail in a check. Their absolute refusal to accept a mail-in check proves that this company is a fraud as using USPS would subject them to Federal mail-fraud law.

This company is "spoofing" by using my business phone number to appear on the caller ID of the call recipient. People in our local area pick up the call because they think it is from me. Can't find this company, I hope the Mass AGand/or FTC will shut them down.

Even if these people change their phone number every two weeks, some phone company must have a record of who ordered these lines. It's pure bullshit they can't be traced. Just another example of our Federal Government too lazy to do their job. I am on the national Do Not Call list. More and more these scammers seem to be circumventing that list, judging from the number of calls I have been getting in the last 6 months.

2-3 of these calls a day. Caller ID usually gives me 460 my number with the last digit 1 higher. This clearly means it is a robocaller which just dials automatically and waits for a hit. Why pay a person when a machine does it faster.

Senior Life Support @ 516-220-1234 is a telemarketing fraud! They tell you that you have been recommended but when you ask by whom they "don't have that information" and hang up on you. I have repeatedly reported their violation of the Do Not Call Registry and they the Registry does nothing!

I'm tired of these scammers/telemarketers calling all the time and then changing their phone numbers frequently. It's always to get you to spend money on something bogus. The no call registry doesn't work with these guys because they always call using a different phone number.

I Ordered the system for my mother and received it within 5 days after placing the order. The calls do get a little aggravating, but once we answered and listened to the call, we went for it. The company is legit. We are happy with the service and so is my mother.

I give them fake name and fake address and fake credit card number, but a legitimate format so they can't know it's fake before they run it. Use an online credit card number generator to generate a "valid" number (google it). Don't worry that it might be a real number somewhere, it's useless without a matching name and exp, etc.
I've done that 4 times and counting to these crooks and it always leads back to "Laverne" with Lifewatch USA. That company is owned SAFE HOME SECURITY, INC. which is owned by David G, Roman who purchased it from Evan Sirlin, who inherited it from his father who founded it. They pay 3rd party criminals to generate leads for them at $25 a hit.

Until December, all the calls I got were generated by a scumbag calling himself "Alex Cooper" and "Alex Zythum" and his company "ZTransfers". He has an address in California, but there is nothing at the address. His real name is Rishabh Dev Beri of Delhi India.
