They have been calling me for the past few months and always ask for a Mrs Gardner i have told them multiple times there is no Mrs Gardner here and to stop calling me as soon as I request them to stop calling me they hang up, one time i even told the guy to stop F**in calling and his response was we will keep F****ing calling you and hung up so damn rude!!!!

JGV called my work and asked for the owner. We do business across 3 states so I get calls quite often from strange looking numbers. The indian sounding man asked for one of the owners. I said he was not in and asked to take a message. He said yes "I need Billy Bill to call Johnny Juan about a celly cell." I said and who are you with. He just repeated the same crap. And I hung up.

I have received 4 calls from this number which if left to voice mail to not leave a message, if the call is answered they have hung up. I am on do not call list and have a pay-by-minute cellular phone for a heart condition so I cannot afford to answer numbers I do not know, I would not be able to notify any extra family or friend at the end of the month if I answered each of these types as they rang. I wish the Obama Administration could eliminate these tele-fraudsters who are using American telephone numbers over internet to scam people out of their hard earned money. It is the same as if they came to your door in person and then robbed you. The only difference is that they cannot cause you immediate life-threatening harm. This type of scam artists are a plague on the rest of the good people who do have to make their living using telephone calls. The U.S. Government should be doing more to protect those jobs that are left in the USA from the negative consequences of allowing these foreign thieves to proliferate.
If you receive a call from anyone claiming to be Microsoft Corporation, it is a lie. Microsoft does not call anyone for technical issues in this way, ever. -

This actually happened to my Mom yesterday, 9/16/2014; caller (Mike, with Indian accent) said he was from Windows Contact and there were viruses on her computer, tried to download stuff on her computer then tried to sell her $400 software to clean it up. Directed her to www.ammyy.com, which may actually be a valid software system, but they are using and abusing it. DON'T DO THIS!! Not only will they have access to your computer, they could have access to your credit card information. I hate these people!

informant replied 8/28/14, 1:09 PMLiterally 5 min after posting this, I got another call so picked up for the fun of it. Female caller asked me to describe my relationship to the network switch (decision maker? y/n). I said I have a deep emotional relationship to the network switch. It goes so far beyond decision maker. She was thoroughly confused and asked several more times. I kept repeating this and she finally got frustrated and hung up. Fun stuff. -

Claimed they were from MicroSoft I had a virus on my computer they could fix. Asked for personal information which I falsified. They instructed me to visit a website and tell them what I see, I claimed it was pornography. The Caller told me that is not an appropriate way to speak to a lady on a professional phone call, and that I was being recorded. She disconnected.
John replied 8/21/14, 6:24 PMi had the same call today and an indian accent guy claims he is from windows management and there is something wrong with my computer. i falsified and told him that all computers here are all MAC apple. and he asked when are you getting a new computer... me continued to toy around
and said i am happy with my MAC which i have 3 windows laptop. caller said sell your epol (apple) so i played around and said that i have a few apples in the fridge and i am planning to eat them. and caller sensing i am fooling around with him and said some mother ?%@#! word and me pretending not to hear it and said wait up i have a windows laptop here. and caller said your pc has been hacked and i need you to do something. and i said you want me to visit some site or accept your connection so you can enter my network and i said no way. and caller said fu@! and hung up. -

Just received a call from JGV, a company in New York. An Indian gentleman wanted to help me lower my Mortgage payments if I would give him information on the company and account numbers, told him my house was paid for and didn't need his help and hung up.

For me it was different. Sounded definitely like an overseas call. Guy had an indian or so accent. Said I had evident issues on my PC that he could rectify.. I hung up. I suggest you do the same.
