Caller falsely identified himself as representing National Grid and explaining that we could get a "discount" on our monthly electricity charges. I began to explain that we've put a "block" on our Grid account, he hung up on me! I can't believe we had to put a block on our NG account...but we did because another company had automatically switched us w/o us knowing -- Grid account should be automatically blocked but it wasn't!
