They call every other day with a pre-recorded vm with a different name given like Teresa, Jennifer and Jenny etc... stating they are contacting you about a health manner...ALL LIES DO not verify of your personal information with them as they asked me for my street address request to have your number removed from their distribution list. This is a SURVEY CALL/SCAM.

Claimed to be calling from the Arizona department of health, but would not reveal the reason for the call without my providing my name and date of birth first. I realize that there are certain things that cannot be revealed due to HIPAA violations, but to tell me NOTHING about the reason for the call without my first confirming myself? Too suspect.

Received a voicemail from “Emily calling from the Arizona Dept of Health services requesting a call back to 520-666-4011. I called the number which was connected through “Angi “, the home services referral company. Prompt was to press 5 to be connected to the party.
Upon pressing 5 I was connected to a polite male. When I asked for Emily the guy thought I had the wrong number but then asked if I was calling from Angi’s about his landscaping services. Definitely not the ADOH .
