I received a call from this number informing me I owe the IRS and I must settle this debt promptly using a debit card or wire transfer. If I don't cooperate, I would be arrested. I simply hung up. The IRS always send me a letter whenever thers a problem and most importantly it is usually well worded and void of threats like being arrested. These people are getting on my nerves. Moreso they are not the IRS as I found out after speaking to the real IRS who confirmed they had nothing to do with it.
