If I needed to reschedule or have questions either myself or my attorney should call 1-866-310-6975 and refer to a specific case # given.
Yeah we will see because I will be home all day and I have never heard of being given a heads up before you're "served" with legal documents LOL I am not calling back. -

As with other commenters, received the same phone call. Urgent documents associated with a "complaint" are being sent to my address, requiring a signature. If I have questions, call, etc, and a case number.
If concerned, wait until these supposed documents arrive before making any calls. While this has scam written all over it, it's still concerning and scary. -

Same as above, left a VM yesterday stating they would deliver documents to me tomorrow (now today) between 10-2 & to call 657-224-1055, also left a reference #. They called again today same person but today her name wasJennifer not Jenna and she said same thing but final notice.....

I received a call from Schmidt and Associates(?) wanting ME to call them because they were needing to get in touch with my daughter concerning some legal paperwork that was being sent, or had already been sent to her. She lives in Pennsylvania, I live in North Carolina. She's been in PA for 10 years with the same address for 8 years and the same phone # for at least 20 years. She's a grown 32 year old woman. I have a question: If they have sent paperwork to her (they obviously have her mailing address) and it being only logical that they would have her phone number as well, why are they calling me?? I'm not that naive and apparently neither is my daughter.

I also received the same kind of call with a case number stating a civil matter was brought against me. They failed to serve me because I moved. I would think if they have the means to call my number, they have the means to use the national public database to locate me as well by mail or directly at my door. They tell me to call 833-567-3460. They have also called from 562-270-9418 and 833-391-2575. Nice try. Usually if you owe something nobody can arrest you for a debt. If they have anything legal, it must be MAILED first an several attempts. You cannot be sued for a debt owed. It simply goes on your credit report. That's why we have them.

Why is this even still going on in today’s world? For as advanced as we are in 2019, we’re still unable to stop this nonsense? The “Do Not Call” List May have not been perfect but at least it had a good handle on calls like this.
The woman who left this message name was “Jessica”. She claims legal services were attained (by no one in particular), documents will be delivered to “my residence” tomorrow and require a signature & phone and case numbers were given. I should call back if I’m not available for delivery. I’ll be home all day. We’ll see how it goes lol. -

Demented reported Rebecca/Legal Support Service with the number 5622709418 as Debt collection company
They called threatening to serve legal papers from some unnamed company. I knowbitnis fraudulent and an invalid debt collection because they asked for me by my married name that has not been my legal name in well over 15 years. I'm assuming this company has purchased old debt and trying to scare folks into paying, which at this point is simply revenue gathering because a debt with my married name on it would have dropped from my credit years ago.
