351-277-2561 I get daily repeated calls from this number. They claim to be calling from LCN to give me insurance quotes because i supposed requested information for insurance. I informed them my number is on the do not call registry and to stop calling my phone. They're number has been blocked from calling my phone and yet they continue to call.

This was an Insurance telemarketer. I was told it was insurance express. I checked on the Department of insurance website and they are not currently Licensed in California.

The only reason I answered was because I was expecting a call from someone in California. The guy knew my address already, which I don't like... He started asking me questions about my car insurance to see if he could get me a quote with a better rate, and I said I wasn't looking to change insurance companies, then hung up.

They obviously buy the personal information they got about you. Their goal is to sell you car insurances even if you don't even own a car.
I told them I don't want to be obthered by their calls anymore and it seems to be working for now. -
