Caller said they were from Direct TV and needed to align our TV boxes with the satellite or we would loose our signal. Wanted to charge us a reimbursable deposit of $800 (then $200, then $100 when I complained) and would reimburse us in 6 months this is a major Scam. Supposedly, talked to three different people as I complained, but the voice sounded the same oriental voice. Talked to Direct TC directly and they said wasn't them
